Roasted rack of lamb w/ Italian seasoning Tuscan Quinoa (white beans mushrooms & kale) w/Fire roasted tomatoes and caramelize onions: Enjoy a lean and tender meal of seared and roasted 100% grass-fed rack of lamb with a mild, yet sweet flavor. Our chef will show you how to cook lamb properly and season it with an Italian seasoning blend to tie in all of the flavors of the Mediterranean.
